I dont have the sefer in front of me, put an amazing quote I heard from Osios dRabbi Akiva -
Why does the letter zayin have a crown that points in two directions?  Because of baaley znus, who have to constantly look in all directions, one direction for lust objects, the other direction to make sure noone is watching them.


What horrible stress lust addiction adds to ones life, have no peace and serenity always insecure and always dissatisfied.
