Notice: Please pay close attention to the gematriot
and letters so you will not get lost.

A person has two paths to choose from when facing
a test (sin): דמיון (imagination) - the path of the yh, or
נסיון (test) - the path of an oved Hashem.

The yh (yetser hara) wants a person to look at the sin
superficially - just as a pleasure. The first two letters of
Dimayon spell dam - blood. The מ is 10x the value of ד
bc the yh always make the הנאה of the sin seem 10x more
than what it really is.

The blood is the nefesh. The nefesh is the animalistic soul -
the instinct and impulses a person has to run after pleasures.
The holy books say that the name of the yh is דמיון - this can
be bc the imagination is the strongest tool the yh can use to
cause a person to sin, whether through minut or zenut (thoughts).
When a person chases after sin he is in essence spilling his own
blood (nefesh).

However, when he looks at the sin as a נסיון then he will be
able to pass the test bezrat Hashem and grow spiritually.
The first two letter of נסיון are נ and ס. The ס is 10 more than נ.
We know that the number ten (letter י) represents kedusha
(minyan of ten, olam haba, etc.). Therefore, when a person
passes the nisayon he is growing one spiritual level higher -
from a נ to a ס.

He should know that the benefit (the קרן) of growing spiritually
will be in olam haba (represented (60 - 50 = 10) by the י ).
The yh sometimes even makes a person see the sin as a
davar kedusha ח״ו (the מ is 10x [י = kedusha] the ד) or/and
justify that it is a mitsvah to do that sin bc it calms him down
and will allow him to serve Hashem better. This sin is your
"recharge" or what ever other reasons that the yh will give
him "leshem shamayim."

It is interesting to note, that the נ of nisayon is greater in
numerical value than the מ of dimyon - the מ that the yh
makes one think is so great and contains all his desires.
In reality, no matter what pleasure a person thinks he will
attain through doing a sin, it will not even amount to the נ
that the oved Hashem starts off from - what he has in this world.

Can you imagine what will be waiting for him in olam haba
(the ס, which represents the סוף (end))?

If a person chooses the second path, to see it as a nisayon
sent by Hashem, then he can rest assured in the first two
letters of the word nisayon - which spell נס (miracle).

We all know that we stand no chance against the yh and that
if it wasn't for siyata dishmaya we would be finished off in
our galut. However, Hashem will make a miracle for the
person who chooses the second path - to acknowledge
the nisayon is from Hashem and it is a chance to grow -
so that he will be able to overpower his yh and attain
spiritual riches both in this world and the next world.

It good to have the possibility of multiplication, in Hebrew, I am glad that is how the One bring power of ourselves, to us, There was no negative in the first creation of man, and as One continues to pour creation out, if we stay out of the way, there is no negative in the creation of life in our time too, for One is the same in all generations, but One must always work with an electing child of choose.
:pinch: Warning: Spoiler!

The Ramchal says in Derech Hashem that everything evil is wrought
because of the removal of Hashem's Presence that is caused by our sins.
Therefore, the negative that is introduced into creation is because of our
sins and if we were to do Teshuva then we would lessen the Shecina's
"distance" and hiddenness from the world. Negative was introduced bc of
Adam's sin.

Our mission is to make an individual tikkun and help towards the tikkun
olam. So we can't just stay out of the way. We have to be actively involved
in Mitsvoth and actions that will help us complete our mission.

Am Yisrael is the chosen nation to complete this mission of tikun olam.

By "possibility of multiplication" I assume you mean the possibility to choose
between good and evil. Through choosing good we elevate ourselves and all
of creation.

The Gemara in Kiddushin 40b says that a person should imagine that the scale
of zecut and chova are equal and by your actions you can tilt it
to the direction you choose. We have a great responsibility on us
to choose good so that we can tilt the scale in the direction of
tikkun olam (and not destruction chas veshalom) so that we can
tell the Ribono Shel Olam after 120 years that His choice was correct
and that we were truly fit to be the Chosen Nation after all.

Important Clarification: A person can look at the thoughts that
the yetser hara presents in two ways: Ask yourself Dimayon or
Nisayon? Then start going through the pros and cons that I
presented above through the gematriot, etc.

This has worked wonders for me at conquering my hirhurim, bH!

Maybe it worked for me bc I came up with it so it is usually fresh
in my mind, but I feel that if you also keep this thought in your mind
then when the yester hara ambushes you with thoughts then you
can retort with the nisayon vs. dimayon method. Hatslacha!
