he says on the hagaddah that carpas yachatz, is a remez that for baalei yeshiva they should be very ragil in reading tehillim bc tehillim especially has a strength to cut through all the impurities and spiritual forces trying to bring a person down, to sin etc.

he says the remez is carpas is sefer c' which the chaf stands for cetuvim which tehillim is the first sefer of, so sefer chad (ketuvim aka tehillim) yachatz (will split the evil forces)

thats how i understood it, sorry if this is hard to understand with the english transliterations, maybe if you write it down in hebrew youll see it easier.
