Talked with my Rav today.  He has years of experience with JACS.  We talked about a Jewish(frum) SA group.  There is none in our area and he suggested we start with Shmiras Einayim and see if we can get SA started from there.  He is only aware of one other person seeking help in the earliest stages.
Thoughts/comments?
