Today I was home alone ... online... studying ... working .... 

I start THINKING about it ...  (but I didn't do anything)

Now everyone's back home.  Zero opportunity  :-)  - - - - BUT I AM STILL THINKING ABOUT IT!!!


I've been fine for weeks ... and now.... it's like I have this infection!!   

So I am writing to you, my brothers, to let you know this is what I am doing right now.

I will not let myself and my family down!!!!

yeah thanks ... managed to stay out of trouble :-) and did just that - read a little bit of rebbe nachman's "restore your soul" -  yay!

Hey 5770,

When you're alone and feel tempted to act out, remember that you'll be destroying yourself and taking yourself further away from what we all really want in life.

My advice is go to the gym and work off all the urges in a healthy way. You'll actually spend less time working out than you could have indulging in porn and then feeling completely rough after you've fallen.
