I thought about you and about all the forum people that I could remember during shacharis this YK. It was the best part, as far as I am concerned.
It's funny, but there is only one tefillah during which I get a "second wind" and take a long time during "elokai, netzor" to go through all the people I know, one by one. It seems that no matter how much my feet were aching before, during that one shm"e each YK I don't feel them at all! At the end of talking to Him about all the people, I never want to leave, if you know what I mean, and just stay there saying nothing for a while.
I hope He isn't bored of me then. :D

I just wanted to add my thanks too. My wife caught me with p*** nearly 2 years ago and I started seeing a therapist and I was enjoying it and it started going well but I started regressing, I couldn't keep it up, I was still living with and fighting the lust. I went up a level in Jan when I found this site and another level in March when I started posting. I've come so much further in the last 4 months than I did for 18 months before that. This site, the forum, the handbooks, the emails are trully amazing and I wanna say a tremendous, personal, heartfelt thank you to Rabbeinu Guard for creating this place!!

Thanks for helping me get back on track!!

p.s there doesn't seem to be a thread to thank Dov but I wanna thank you as well, your posts and quotes in 'daily dose of dov' are so insightful, inspiring and helpful! thanks for guiding me in the right direction!
