I find myself in a interesting situation. Although the compulsion for porn and to oggle  women has bh subsided i still find myself touching myself. There is no kishuy just my hands go there. This happens alot when i feel stressed that I will compulsivly touch myself.

So what do you think will help you to stop that?

I fell into a deep hole. I dont even want to get out now.

There is a story of a man who fell into a hole. He was down there for a while and a fireman came by and said, "hey buddy, whats going on?" The man replied, "I fell into this hole and have no idea how to get out." The fireman said, "No idea buddy." And so on, people who came by had no idea how to get him out of the hole.

Then his friend came by and said "whats going on?" The man told him the same story, "I fell into this hole and have no idea how to get out." To his astonishment, his friend jumped into the hole. The man cried out, "What the hell did you do that for? Now we are both stuck!" His friend responded calmly, "Yes we are, but I've been here before and I know the way out."
