Uri, you know how the therapists always tell us to use our talents and strengths in the RIGHT way, otherwise we'll use them in the WRONG way?
So I was doing therapy for Kedusha recently for his "editing addiction", and we decided to use his strengths in a more positive way, to get him to reconnect to life and start believing in himself again.

I had him compile a list of "Instructions" on how to use the forum. See here: rehab-my-site.com/guardureyes/forum/index.php?topic=1169.0
