Kedusha... I am sensing that the Olam would prefer less edits... I guess we gotta go with the majority, so if you need to edit something, maybe first make a "poll" if everyone thinks you should edit it
I will try not to make edits in borderline cases. However, generally, all edits are made pursuant to the
GYE Forum rules. Although I drafted and compiled those rules, it was R. Guard who implemented them. However, these rules are a work in progress. When everyone was given the opportunity to comment on the earlier set of rules (for moderators), we got few (if any) serious comments, which caused R. Guard to delete all the comments and lock the thread. Because of that experience, the new thread (rules for forum members) was locked from the start. I think that was my decision, and I regret it. I'll temporarily unlock the the thread, to give everyone the opportunity to comment on the GYE forum rules.
Please make only useful comments. All jokes and irrelevant posts will be summarily executed. Useful comments will remain posted for as long as they are needed to consider implementing them, but no less than 72 hours after the comment period closes. If everyone helps contribute to the rules, there might not be as much resentment when they need to be enforced. All comments must be received no later than Thursday, October 22, 2009, by 9:00 P.M. ET.
