Maybe someone here can help me.  I have been doing the Taphsic method for 2 weeks, or trying to.  I just made a shevuah, and I'm pretty sure I left out the words "for one week".  I am petrified i made a shevuah for good.  I was thinking one week, but I don't think i said it.  i realized a minute later and said it, but i dpnt think that helps.
Can someone help me?

you definately had in mind 1 week, so you could for sure be matir the neder. get together 3 close friends, be matir the neder, then redo it properly lol.
