Nu. At least capitalize the "dj".
"Off the 18-wheeler and fine on this tricycle!", "I do not particularly care exactly which "lav" suicide is. I'm not interested in it for other reasons...and you are probably the same."

theres something happening here (what it is, is not quite clear)....

Well, no matter what, you've gotta keep clear...uh, clean.

And you're missing my point - I agree that it's important. But i also think that we can live happily without it. Trust me, I have a strong drive. And yet, when i got clean, I discovered that I could be happy without indulging it (quite the epiphany for me), and I was able to be happy even with no end in sight - by sticking with it one day at a time.

And again - the only way for us to be happy, and indeed, the only way to enjoy a good sex life, is by reaching that point. That;s true for a few reasons - two off the top of my head are 1) our partners will feel that we're interested in them, not just ourselves, and 2) we're able to approach it as something we enjoy, not something we need, and so we don't feel resentment about the times we don't get, we feel enjoyment about the times we get. Which, in turn, makes it more likely for there to be more such opportunities in the future.

Mods - if I'm stepping over the line here, feel free to modify, or delete.

I can't for the life of me see what's objectionable.  And that's assuming it was on a regular thread.  On this thread you have to really use your imagination to get something stricken.

I'm chuckling now, but it's over several, several, several jokes about priests/nuns/etc and abstinence in the church. And it's all SO SO SO inappropriate. Might even trigger some (although not me).

So can we please move off the subject before I share any of them with the oylam?? Good Shabbos.

Guess what, I just got the newspaper, and it turns out the Warden whose office you've been into on so many occasions to rob... actually wanted you in the office in the first place, to take whatever you needed. He's actually a pretty nice Guy.

Go figure.

Like any other drive- Sex can be positive (l'sheim shamayim) or negative
it all depends on where the person is at- so an integral part of dealing with
addiction is the "Big Picture" working on one's level of spirituality
whatever works for you- tefila-limud-chessed- together with working
on the addiction- we must go with the "DJ's" whole plan -all 9 yards
maybe we should start a new type of chassidus with a virtual rebbe
and weekly tish????
