Ideas:

1.  review    world's collection of inspiration.
2.  go through the titles of the attitude handbook and choose one to work on for now.
3.  read up on what a gye partner, sponser, sponsee means.
4.  go through the chizuk email archives to add material to your collection of inspiration.
5.  find out about the hour a day phone matzav offered here.
