It seems that in general people are posting much less then they used to.

Do you think this is true?

If yes is it a good thing or bad thing?

For those who can benefit from a more active forum how can we change that?

I can only speak for myself, but right now, my schedule has kinda changed (what with getting married and all), and I find myself with little extra time. I should probably make time, you're right.

What can you do? Post. write on your own thread, reply to others, give chizuk, show appreciation, ask for explanation...etc.

We can all email guard at once (say 6 pm Israel time) and flood his email box and ask him to please come back.

Its time for you guys to revive the joke thread (depressed persons chill spot), maybe someone can take over the tehiliim thread and share some insight daily? To think that the 'hugs" thread hasnt been opened in months is a shanda! How about the sadly unused Beis Medrash which is covered with cobwebs? So many talmidei chachamim and even balei batim who could share a vort with us...

Take the initiative.  We all would love to have Guard back, but lets be realistic - its not happening so soon. I have a feeling Guard would love to be back in the trenches with us too, but responsibility lies elsewhere for now. So its up to each and every foot soldier to take over the leadership reigns till the general returns.

C'mon guys, wake up and get this place rocking!
