I am seriously looking into going to "The Meadows" Rehab....

Do any of you know anything about it?
How does a frum Jew fit in?
What do you do for Shabbos?
Kosher?

Is there a Frum Community nearby?

Do any of you know someone that has gone there?

My two cents.
Why not go for shabbos even if there is no community? If you need this then it takes priority over observing Shabbos in a traditional way.

Btw the essence of Shabbos in refraining from malacha and oneg shabbos in not mentioned in the Chumash (sorry Bards kugel mein hatorah mee'neiyan)

I know I am such a litvak but what can I do?
