Well i haven't been here for a while, but I thought it would be okay. I stayed away from the stuff for awhile, i thought i could do it on my own but eventually I fell. i simply don't know what to do, but i figure my arrogance might be my biggest hindrance. What must i do completly surrender to Hashem and stay idle?

I suggest joining one of our phone groups to learn the 12-Steps... or join a live SA group...

Also the handbooks can give you all the tools for long-term success. Have you read them?

Understand that when you are very close to the sin you cannot reliably choose right. Figure out how to keep far from it.

I used the nazir method.
