What is the connection?
Bread is a way of describing connection. We need connection to live and to grow. Connection makes us grow(if we don't grow we die). We can connect to G-d and his Torah or we can connect deeply to woman. Or we can abuse it. We can use the vehicle of connection to become empty (זה לעומת זה).
On pesach chumitz is assur. we can only use bread with nothing added. It must be pure. We have a chance to connect to G-d in the purest and realist way. That is even if we are very low the whole year(מ'ט שערי טומא).
We have a chance to move very close to G-d even if we where very far the whole year.
