Gentleman,

I miss you.
And shalom to those of you whom I haven't met yet.

I've been gone for a while, trying my luck on the Tshuva/Nefila Roller Coaster.
Pretty much, I'm back where I started, a slave to my addiction.
Every day is a new low for me. I'm completely depressed and I'm out of ideas of how to get out of this.

I just feel like I've stopped caring about my falls. Until after I fall, and then I'm worse off than ever. I need a boost of motivation.

So I guess its back to basics. Handbooks? Sounds right.
I'll try to print them tonight.
Could someone check up on me tomorrow to make sure I've started reading?
