last night i had a wet dream

it was both great and disgusting

it was great because it means that i had not looked at smut in a while (10 days) and it was a release of all my built up sexual energy- or so i think. since i started masturbating- 4 years ago- i have not had one.

i have also tried very hard not to look at woman in the street and definitely not in pictures.

it was disgusting, because it just is, i don't think i need to explain why

is this considered falling?

also since i stopped i've been getting these headaches, which someone mentioned to me might be because my body is creating physical pain to take my mind off something i don't want to deal with

but i am dealing with it, isn't being here and being mindful of it considered dealing with it.

Nope. According to the rules it is not a fall. However, they usually come about because of bad thoughts that day. Its important to not only keep your eyes clean, but keeping your mind clean is equally important in the trek through life.

If you want a positive spin on this here's what I used tot hink. The Yetzer Hara cant get us while we are conscious so he decides to get us when we really have no control over our bodily functions! Its an amazing victory. (but dont forget it probably came about because of bad thoughts during the day)
