i have not posted anything in months. i have been reading the emails everyday, kind of spinning the wheels, had ups and downs (most of you know what i mean). but i've been meaning to start posting again, bc i know from other and from personal experience, that posting frequently and being involved here is very important. i knew just finally posting something might help me get back into the swing of things. i have done some good things since my last posts, i got an accountability partner, and installed a filter on my work computer. but it has been full of bad things too. so hopefully i will be around here more.
