The rav in my shull has always had the guts to deal with these, and other 'touchy' issues (molestation, shalom bayis, rape) during his regular shabbos drasha. the problem that he encounters, in addition to certain members of the audience squirming, is that there are always children or young teenagers present. So he either guises his words SO well, that you have to already be farmilliar with the content he is discussing, or you must have an advanced usage of the english language. How did this rav say such a drasha, without worrying about the varried ages and genders in the audience?
