Ideally, I'd like to get together with some people from here. I'm thinking about getting a bottle of Woodford (or Basil H, if Bardy lets), if there are some people to share it with - I don't drink very much. Also looking for suggestions on location...

A word of caution on meeting people: not everyone you’ve become aquatinted with here on GYE is a person you’d want knowing who you are in real life. Though I’m sure the people you intend to meet are some of the greatest people in the world (while they are presently going through the “ups” of recovery), you have to keep in mind that when they’re not in recovery, addicts have really manipulative and destructive tendencies. Would you feel comfortable exposing yourself to just any GYE member right off the bat?

bardichev	TOMIM! 100% RIGHT!! YES YOU NEED TO TRUST PEOPLE MOM ..BUT ONLY ONCE THEY EARN TRUST SB WHEREVER YOU ARE I WILL DRINK THE WOODFORD BUT IF YOU USE BASIL HAYDENS CUT IT WITH JUST TWO DROPS OF WATER (OR 7UP)

Tomim2B	Yes and no, 7Up. We have to get out of ourselves, our box, our hiding. Trust too! That's integral for true recovery! On the other hand, let's not be foolish! I think this is an important consideration and worthy of mention. 2B

Tomim is saying that its ok to meet people from this website just do your research.
