I like music. About a year ago I got myself a very expensive windows laptop so I can startmaking my own music, and installed techloq. But I kept finding some sort of loophole, so recently I decided that I will no longer use it. Now I am left with a high performance laptop I cannot use, and no means to easily create music. Is apple better at filtering, or maybe someone like me should not own a computer? Is there a program that comes fully loaded with sounds and does not require any internet connection? I play a couple instruments so I do have a music outlet, but it would be nice to have a platform which I can create my own music. If anyone familiar with this stuff can share their suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. 

Speak to techloq and ask them how you can make it better for your needs. They have something called a filter admin and also you can change the preset category rules..

If you just need the computer for the music software can you just lock down internet altogether? If the software doesn't need internet (other than for updates probably) you should be able to get an extremely locked down situation

 I make music as well and have apple device with Geder on it. They are super helpful and to be honest, with their highest custom filter, I haven’t really found loopholes. And if you do, they’ll adjust it asap.
its pretty cool they install and have all services available remotely so you don’t need to be there In person.
