Lev Tahor,sometimes G-d tests us by letting us fight with this problem,it's not a sign of weakness but a sign of strength,so therefor,don't feel down because it's not getting better now,it will get better over time. I remember how long it took to learn to keep my eyes down and even now I've found myself slipping way to much and have decided to be dedicated to be more vigilant with my shmirat eynaim
