Yes, it depends on the device you have. Let me know if you have a different one but here's solutions for some devices:
If you have a windows computer/laptop, first download the microsoft edge browser specifically from the microsoft store and then set up microsoft family safety like outlined in the first post of this thread with all the steps. After doing that, block the microsoft edge app and then uninstall the app. Then download microsoft edge specifically from online by searching it up, and then block that as well.
If you have an iphone/ipad then you can use apple screentime to take away browsers from your phone. Set up apple screentime as outlined in the first post, set content restrctions to allowed websites only, and go into allowed apps and disable safari and delete any other browsers present on your device. Just a tip though, you have to open all of your other apps after setting your content restrictions to allowed websites only and explore the apps individually to see if they need some in-app web pages to function properly. Some apps have pages like that built in and if their respective links are not put on the allowed list, they will get blocked.
For android devices, check out google family link and how to set it up
here. You would have to play around with it to get what I think you're looking for which is to get rid of browsers and browsing capabilities. Microsoft Family Safety might also work for what your looking for on android, but you would have to see for yourself because I don't have android devices.
Let me know if I misunderstood what you were asking for, and feel free to private message me. That would be the best way to notify me because replies on this thread won't give me any notifications. I also recommend giving TAG a call about this because they would definitely be able to provide more solutions for what you're looking for than me.
