Hello. I've been using a filter for a while and I've found a loophole but i can't tell anyone. Are there any filters that I can install on my mac that will remain there permanently once I install without physically involving someone else?

I feel like there's no end. There's no way I'll stop finding loopholes. It's an endless loop. Hashem blessed me by making more computer savvy than most people, and it's ruining me.

From my experience the only way to fully kasher a mac is with 3 steps:
1. An actual filter, like gentech (skin filtering recommended; you should also install ad blockers)
2. Accountability software, like webchaver (the accountability software has to send screenshots, otherwise you may find a program that the accountability program doesn't log. Also, you need to make sure you have a chaver who actually checks the reports. And it is recommended to have daily reports)
3. You revoke your administrative abilities (you make a separate account that has administrative abilities and have a friend type the password in and remove the administrative powers from your account; this will prevent you from making a new account or utilizing guest mode)

I agree with omekhadavar 100%
The more gedarim you made, the more chances you have to stay strong this huge struggle. I'm also very tech savvy, so I try to only use devices that either have webchaver or when other people are around.

That is the first step to trying to get this done because then as omekhadavar said, it'll take away your power to utilize loopholes by a lot. Since you're on a mac I suggest you use apple screentime (because it's really great baruch Hashem) but with an adult or someone of that nature that will add you to their family (or make a new one with you in it) and then they can use all the great features of that service and it's completely free and doesn't have any loopholes if you go this route and do it correctly. Now you can do this online with whomever you choose to be your guardian, but if that's not what you meant by not physically involving someone else let me know below. If you don't want anyone at all to be involved and still want to be held accountable look below, it's perfect for you. I still recommend getting an adult/partner to be involved as it will help so much with what they can do for you by utilizing apple screentime. I have it on iphone with my mom as my parent and it's amazing and there's not a single loophole if your honest in the setup and do it correctly. I can post below of how I had to tell my mom (of all people because I'm not in touch with my dad) about my struggles because I needed her to set up my filters in order for them to effectively work. I also didn't tell her the truth initially, I made it seem like a pious act to put on filters and a religious obligation as my motivation for wanting them. I can post below more in detail of how I did both of these (I eventually told her the truth) if you're interested in them.

Check out webchaver (covenant eyes for jews), you can get it for free through the steps outlined here: KBA (venishmartem.com) They're a partner of webchaver. Note thought there are some preconditions you'll have to agree to like being charged when you get caught with a fall and whatever amount you agreed to pay during the sign up will be charged only then. The falls are reported by the A.I. but they're reviewed by real people to make sure it was identified correctly before you get charged and to make sure it wasn't an accident in which case you wouldn't get charged. You don't have to add anyone else to receive the reports if you don't want to but you can if you do want to, although any explicit ones identified will be sent to anonymous people by default for review for the reasons above. On the website they present a list of devices the software works with but the last I was told the list is outdated and hasn't been updated in a while. If webchaver itself works on your device (which you'll see on their website at Webchaver) then that method of webchaver will work also. Go check it out it's helped me out a lot since I got it.

Check my signature for more info and feel free to reach out for me to help you avoid some common loopholes by not setting up the filters correctly although I do have screentime limits on my computer and iphone so I may get back to you the next day.

and a how-to guide to set them up without loopholes)

Even if you already have a filter, these are necessary additions because
they fix many loopholes that exist with paid filters (speaking from firsthand
experience) and because they add priceless accountability features.

If you have trouble filtering a shared device, then see the post for how
to get these filters discreetly, without any other users' knowledge whatsoever
and without the filters affecting the other users of the device at all.
