This is a current vote and your option may have changed (for example I only used to do the forum but now i do a 12 step phone conference) and may change in the future. But please repsond with what you CURRENTLY do.

Let's see...i read the chizuk emails, use the forum, go to therapy, stay in touch with my rebbe about my progress (I've also filled out a release form allowing my therapist to talk to my rebbe - after all, he's my spiritual adviser, I want him to know where I'm at (to borrow a phrase from a poster wiser than I), and have a friend that I've open up to. And, of course, I daven for help.

I've also started reading the handbooks, but haven't finished them yet. I know, I should...working on it.

For now, that seems to be helping. Boruch Hashem!
