Press Release: Guard Wins Nobel Peace Prize!

(Shamayim News) “Guardureyes,” affectionately known as “Guard,” administrator of the Guard Your Eyes website (www.guardyoureyes.org), is the winner of the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize!  For the first time in many years, the prize is going to someone who is truly deserving.  With the remarkable Chizuk he gives GYE members 24/6, Guard has helped provide Menuchas HaNefesh to more people than can be counted.  Along with the prize is a well-deserved cash award of not less than $1,000 – the forum members’ way of saying “Guard, there is no way we can pay you back for all that you’ve done for us, but please allow us to return just a bit of the Chizuk!”

BTW, I think you, Kedusha, are deserving of the GYE award for dedication and good work. I don't know if there's anyone on this network that has put in the time and effort that you have to helping our community in more ways than I can count! (many of which the good people here don't even know)

And you are also deserving of some good news. Guess who just called me and spoke with me for a full half an hour?  Yup, you guessed it. I just hung up, not 10 minutes ago.

I'm so excited!  For those who want to be clued in, Guard just spoke to a world famous Rosh Yeshiva for half an hour about GYE.  I'm hoping that this will lead to big things, and I can't wait to hear more about it!

No, it's from the GYE Chevra, and it's not a donation to GYE - it's an outpouring of Hakaras HaTov to the one person who asks nothing for himself!
