While many bochurim look at Bein Hazmanim as a well-deserved break form their shteiging in the Beis Medrash all winter, for me, it's awful. It means more of a chance to fall due to more time in the day, which leads to more boredom. Am Having a very hard time. Any Eitzos? Would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

All I can say is that I am on the same boat as you...as well as many others I am sure. For myself being your regular normal (so I think) yeshiva bochur I find myself getting caught up with these things due to boredom. Easier said than done is obviously to keep busy. The next question is busy with what, with learning? I tried or did set up a chavrusa or 2 but a few days later if even I was back on the computer/phone during that time. Helping out at home? If I hear my mother's voice call my name again, I'll lose my mind.Going out with friends? B"H I have friends to do stuff with but do what? pool? to classic. bowling? Chush. After this whole classic bochur boredom drama. Don't take me as someone who has mastered the art of keeping busy, I am tremendously bored a lot.. But the  only eitzoh is keep busy. Learning? Not all or nothing chutch do shnayim mikra, or something light. Helping in house I have no eitzoh:) with friends, it doesn't have to be a trip, just schmoozing is good. Working out is good.
Or Get a grill and bbq etc. Determination to do something together with a positive attitude you'll find yourself pretty busy.

Rav Chaim Shmulevitz zatzal knew what he was saying when he referred to bain hazmanim as yemei hachoshech v'ha'afeila...  One thing that works for many of us is writing a contract not to access an unfiltered device (or poorly filtered one) even for kosher usage. Using such a computer/phone even for completely kosher use incurs a knas that hurts. This stops us a step before we are at the edge of the slippery slope. A clause should be added that if one absolutely must use the device (parents told you to book your plane ticket etc and no other device available...) one will only do so after reaching out to a GYE chaver or posting on chat that for the next half hour he will be in unsafe territory and will call/post again when safely offline. Hatzlocha to all the tzaddikim here that are trying their best!
