Hi

In my job I spend all day on the computer and sometimes on the phone and the computer! When I am speaking to someone on the phone I often surf the web for news etc. This leads to falls (along with other triggers). I am looking for recommendations for Kosher news outlets  (preferably UK based) / websites. I am aware that simply stopping would be preferable, but I am the type the fidgets and cant stay still so when I'm on the phone, I am always trying to do something else. Also, sometimes I'm bored at work (most dangerous time!!) and that can lead to terrible places
.

I spent years on the uk 'news' sites; that's what got me into trouble. Thank God, when the boredom hits, that's not the website I frequent any longer. And guess what? Sadly, I don't even click the Jewish news sites, for it has been engrained in me where that will ultimately lead. 

Of course, as per my early threads, this is all my wife's fault, but that's not for this post.
i'm all about that (substantial) bass, no trouble ....
