I noticed on his blog, that Lazar Brody recently did a shiur on why men must guard their eyes (and why women should dress modestly, as well).  I haven't listened to it yet, but he's usually pretty good.  All that said, the shiur is probably geared more to those who have minor problems, than those who have major struggles.  His blog is at http://lazerbrody.typepad.com/lazer_beams/.
