I'm having a hard time tonight partly because my chavrusa is not going to be there tonight.
It could also be because I was so used to something, that I'm getting some sort of relapse. I'm going to look at other threads to remind myself why I'm doing this work. 
Day 16/17 I don't know how the chart works. It doesnt matter at the end if I say 17, then it would be easier for me to stop because I came this far.
