As far as helping you, do you feel you are addicted to these behaviors and want to stop, or are you only engaging in them out of fear of being "black-mailed" (as you make it sound like in your post)?

If the latter, I'm afraid no one can stop the black-mail tactics for you... You will have to figure out how to get this evil girl to stop her antics, one way or another. If there's a will, there's a way.
