In the attached clips, Rav Belsky responds to a question by one of his close Talmidim regarding internet addiction and the Twelve Steps. Guard Your Eyes is mentioned in the question.

These particular clips are not from the Shovavim series, but from the regular Q&A series.

Rav Belsky's general approach is that there are some serious downsides to the Twelve Steps; therefore, they are not for everyone, and should only be used by someone who is sick/addicted and under proper guidance (needless to say, many of us fall into that category, and no one should use these clips as an excuse not to get the help they desperately need).
