Wow! My experience is in the chizuk e-mail! :o I hope it helps someone realise that once you start really comitting to giving up there is a lot of help that comes your way. Thanks Reb Guard! I'm going to go into Shabbos on a real high this week. Hope everyone has a good one.

(Oh and Reb Guard, I too am liking your avatar, but mainly because I live in London and used to work near Buckingham Palace so used to see these Coldstream guards a lot!)

Thanx!! I'm a Newbie too, just registered yesterday to the forum. But despite that, bad ol' YH almost had me right now, about to look at bad sites. Then I saw your last post, which Guard posted on the Chizuk List 618, and it renewed my strength to resist the pull. Thanx to you and Guard, I'm safe for another day.

You can't imagine the zechus you have for helping someone else thru your simple post. Stay strong, my brother. I need you to. We all do.

Do they really cover their eyes like that? How can you GUARD with your eyes covered? (unless they are members of GuardYourEyes? :D)
