There is a book I came across titled The P**N trap that seems to provide some good background around issues of lust. Written from a non-jewish perspective, there are parts we may not agree with from a Jewish perspective, and it could be graphic for someone not already in the trap. With that said, I think it can be very helpful for at least a good number of people.
