Here's a short vort I saw recently in the Kedushas Levi:

Based on the order of the letters in the Aleph-Beis:

Samech, Ayin, Peh, Tzadi:

Samech is the only letter in the whole aleph-beis that is closed on all sides [apparantly he's not counting the end letters].

So, the message is:

Samech--close you're Ayin [eyes] from seeing bad things, and close your PEH [mouth] from saying bad words...

and then you'll be a TZADDIk!
