Beezrat Hashem i want to thank Hashem for my first clean day since my last fall. Clearly i can't talk to every place about what i talk here so i B'H got the idea to make a new topic where every one can thank Hashem about the clean day He gave them. I believe it would help us, i believe it would be a gratification for ourselves and for Hashem Yitbarach to see each other's progress yom-yom, day by day, one day at a time!

So i want to tell you that today was the very first time in my life that i said the 3 daily prayers. I feel good. I feel small and insignificant, unworthy and knowing i'm still very far from the Schina but today i said the 3 daily prayers for the first time in my life.

Thank You Hashem for this clean day you gifted me.
