1. while I was circumsized at 8 days old, and as such, dont remember so much about my time prior, the fact that I'm on this site seems to indicate that it didnt cut back the temptations all that much. sorry, not a reason.
2. If you are Jewish than it could certainly affect in many negative ways. To not circumsize oneself is a serious transgression, and you should be in touch with an Orthodox Rabbi as soon as possible.
3. If you are not Jewish, I have no idea the effect it would have.
4. I have a friend who did not have a proper circumsision until he was older. I will spare the details, but it doesnt seem to have helped his temptations.
