Ok, here's the inside scoop for my dear friends. Many apologies... The
www.guardureyes.com website is on a different server than the guardyoureyes.org website and the forum. The guardureyes.com server was down. Although the forum still worked (since it's on a different server), many of the Avatar pictures - as well as the logo image in the daily chizuk e-mails - are stored on the server that was down. So every time the forum tried to load an avatar stored on the site that was down, you would get a pop-up box... Also, when you loaded the chizuk e-mail - it would try to load the logo image, so you would get the pop-up...
Sorry guys, it was very annoying to me too. I called the server and got the site back up and running early this morning.
