The way to hold on is to keep reminding you that you do have a choice, and then to verify it. The feeling is just a manifestation of a belief which is rooted in verification. You can also lose the feeling if you stop believing your cost-benefit analysis, because then you stop reminding yourself.

thanks i was in arealy bad place acted out 5 times yesterday this mornigng also but now i have alot of lust in me im surrendering and making calls slowly getting back on the tracks
