This is the first time I post so I hope to do it in the right place

I was working with multiple different products including K9 and OpenDNS blocking gstatic.com with both the first page of the search images showed the images even when clicking girl unappropriate images shows at the first search page, and we all know you cannot block the images section without blocking Google search, how do the other products deal with this including Jnet and the other suggested solutions..

I think you need to check your K9 settings. I know if I try to do a Google image search it gets blocked.
May I also suggest that you get webchaver this may prevent you from doing an inappropriate image search in the first place.

ur-a-jew, things at google changed recently can you check now for me and confirm do you see any pictures on the first image search page.....

Even holy yidden have big nisyonos and can be triggered by stuff like this. For example - me.

helpme!, if we cannot discuss or debate solutions then let's not suggest any, the fact is that this is a problem if you cannot deal with it that I'm suggesting for you not to use search altogether otherwise this should be discussed and then have everyone make the own decisions, isn't the whole point of this place to discuss those problems and solutions.

I am asking everyone to check this problems and to publicize the details with what solutions you are using so we can help others.....

The need to testing a filter is usually atzas hayetzer hora, because the testing doesn't stop until the filter fails and which point many people will themsevels fail.  So no, don't have everyone check the problem and publicize the details.  If you feel that you have a problem with your filter contact the filter gabbai he is pretty update with problems and solutions.

filter gabbai, who is this I would definitely like to talk with him as I need this for others, so if he could help I would give it a try, K9 is there a setting to block Google images, I personally don't think so as I checked it out myself but let me know if I am mistaken.

I will definitely have a talk with them I actually e-mailed him, but to all of you if you are trying to break free why are you searching besides for example k9safesearch.com, why don't you block all other searching options?
