I do not currently use any filtering or accountability software.
This might be related to the "liberal humanist let-people-decide-for-themselves" ideology which I was fed during my formative years, and I know that this is not so "politically correct" in Frum circles, but my current feeling is that:
a filter should not be forced upon adults or even "young-adults."
although "one should not rely on himself, until the day of his death," for now I feel that my current decision to abstain from acting out is so strong that I do not really "need" a filter.
And if Chas veShalom my resolve will weaken, to the point that I'd seriously consider acting out, I'm not sure a filter will really help.
FYI: since I DO feel that I've made such a strong decision, I AM potentially considering installing accountability software one day. I currently need to think about this a bit more, however....
