I would be interested in hearing from people who like me, work all day in a non jewish environment. How do they feel it contributes to the problems and what advice can they give for keeping strong.
I am back to work in Tuesday which will be my biggest challenge since 10 clean days.

from my own personal experience, I have colleagues who talk shtus and really lower the tone- in the past i think ive been impressionable and its incited me- ofcourse i need to find ways to deal with it
also, walking in town centres with large amounts of people and not looking at women, i find that a real challenge

any tips from fellow workers in those situations would be great

I hear you, it definitely makes things more difficult, I'm working on that now myself, as well (among other issues).

I work in a Government office. What really works for me is I have an MP3 player loaded with torah lectures and whenever I am doing work that allows me to listen, I do and keeps my mind focused and holy... works a charm...

Trying to remember that all the babes out there and attractive co-workers are people too with lives, a family etc and not just objects of sexual fantasy. If I think to myself hey imagine if that stunning girl was my sister, I wouldn't be drooling over her, she'd be a normal human being.
