I have been having a rough few days. I open my GYE email account and was scrolling through recent chizuk emails. Most recent emails were re-runs of old ones.

As I read through the emails I realized that one of the things quoted was something I had written over a year ago. This was a shock for me and got me on a better track.

in m GA meeting this guy came up with a great saying. "there is no light at the end of the tunnel, we are in the tunnel and the light is on." meaning day by day we must fight and keep the light on.

I might suggest a spin that the light is always on, we just have to look and see it.

I should add that what shook me up about the quote of myself  was that I realized that at the moment I would not even think in the terms I was thinking then and certainly would not do what I had then.
