helpless	I am still in the fight, no slips yet today. Almost there. Trying to make it until yom tov which will be somewhat easier.

I am in need of some urgent help...

I made it to 90 days last week and have been feeling much more settled and free of lustful temptation than I have in a long time. Then, the other night I was innocently changing channels on the television and despite the parent guard settings I had in place, I caught a glimpse of full frontal nudity. I doubt I saw the screen for more than half a second and I decisively turned the channel away... but the image is still very clear in my mind and has ignited my lust and desire to see more.

There is of course the issue of eliminating the TV or putting further blocks on it, but this has family-wide implications I cannot deal with at the moment. My immediate concern is how to calm down the feelings of lust and desire for p**n that are raging within me. So far, I have not fallen, but I am feeling very, very vulnerable. Any help would be much appreciated.

Why not start your own thread and tell us about yourself. As to what to do now, how about printing out the GYE handbooks, getting off the computer, and reading them.
