Hi.

May Hashem help us (along w/each yid who clicks onto this website) to get up and try whatever they feel they must do, to get well. Help us reach out for help without any shame whatsoever! So much is in the balance. We can't afford to be afraid to face ourselves any longer. And may Hashem help each one of us to define "getting well" properly, for it changes as we grow. Amein (umayn, amen...)
