been pretty good for a while now.

This never used to be a problem for me.

BUT! last few days I am getting pretty racy dreams and when I wake up I am in a bad, un-tznius mental state.  I then spend the rest of the day in the shadow of this.  I am becoming much more willing to LOOK (i.e. unsuitable adverts, internet...) ... and as a result i am getting closer to a fall.

Any tips?  i feel like i need someone to slap me  :-[
