Reasons why you should stop this:

Because your loss is great:

Some one on this site said I do not want to be the proud owner of the title "pervert".
Why should every woman and every picture remind you of something like this all the time?
It is robbing you of your time and resources for nothing (if you're lucky).
This robs you of your positive energies strengths and talents.
You can do so much and yet you waste it all on this.
It is robbing you of your self-respect,
You are making yourself an emotional slave to this rendering yourself useless to yourself and to others.
You are putting yourself in danger to a certain degree.

Because it is wrong:

There is a story of a man on a ship that drilled a hole in the floor of his cabin. People complained to him about him putting them at risk and he answered "why should you care I if am only drilling in my cabin". The point of course is that the entire ship will sink even if he only drills in his cabin. So it is wrong because we are in this world together and by doing this we are making the world a worse place to live in.

Because you suffer by doing it:

The pleasure that this provides is really fictional pleasure . It can be compared to a drug addict. Technically speaking, a drug addict has more pleasure than normal people at any given moment. But in the long run we all understand that he is not really getting more pleasure. His habit is taking more from him than giving him - even in terms of pleasure. He will have to work hard to get back into normal society and that pleasure will have to be paid for somehow.
