Chas V'shalom! It's just harder not to look when I'm thinking "don't look". I take no issue at all, whatsoever, with being extra cautious. It's just a matter of phrasing.
Ach, I'm in a bad mood today
Edit: Here is what I mean... If I say "don't look at women", I'll notice all the women, and feel bad because I fail. If I say "if I catch myself looking, I must look away, or think X", then I won't notice them, but if I do, I'll deal with it, and feel good for succeeding.
Maybe I'm just too philosophical and theoretical today
Maybe I'm just weird like that.
