Its been a while...
I was really browsing and staying in the dark for way too long!

But I'm starting anew, 

Today is my second clean day.. I'm really striving and hoping that ill have the kochos to pull it off this time.. to the 90 day wall of honor.

Iyh bli neder, ill moderately post how it goes with my struggle. If ill be able to stand tall for full 7 days, ill start a new thread, and call it home (to my new life)

Mayan, you and Markz both need to be applauded for your honesty. It is an inspiration for everyone that you are transparent and courageous in sharing being human. Secondly, you both keep on trucking - a lesson to us all.

Yesterday I made a mistake. It was decided that I can't walk a certain way at a certain time to Yeshiva due to a women who triggers me who stands there every day. Yesterday it was raining so my addict mind said I need to get the bus so I have to go that way. (Even though someone offered me a free taxi I would just have to wait for him two minutes, I am absolutely insane). Obviously, I looked for her saw her and had a horrible 24 hours lust-wise. 
Hashem help me surrender my will to walk that way.

I haven't updated in a while. B"H the past few weeks were much better, even though I fell beginning of this week. I have masturbated in a half sleep trance, however I only considered it a fall for the chart's sake, internally I didn't process it as a fall.
As a matter of fact I should probably consider it a victory, since I had with me an unfiltered smartphone and I didn't try to access porn on it, which was a standard in the past.I think I am going to chose the third option, and not consider it anything and just keep on trucking along. Git Shabbos everyone.

Gevalt!!!! I used to think exactly like you. To the point that I had a dangerous episode. My therapist after talking to me for about 15 mins (if I remember correctly- definitely the first session with this guy) says SA. The real fellowship of seeing and connecting to other people not just user names really makes a difference. If you are an addict (try the SA 20 questions or speak to someone who knows) they teach and show you how you can not control yourself and you can not blame yourself.
Regardless if you are or are not an addict Hashem loves you more than you can imagine. The 13 Middos start with Hashem Hashem the first one is the love He has for you before you did an aveira the second one is the love He has for you afterwards- I think even if it was done l'ha'achis (just to rebel against Hashem c"v). You can rest assured Hashem loves you and does not nor will He ever give up on you.
I don't think the oilem here will give up on you either. Look at R' HHM's post this is where people like us turn this is what this website is made for. Not for people who can stop for people who need help. There's nothing wrong with that. I probably need more help than you do. I happened to Baruch Hashem have found a path which seems to work for now. You will B'ezras Hashem find yours too just keep your eyes open.
